At times it may not make sense to repair your Miele coffee system due to the age and/or cost of repair. Because this situation does come up sometimes, we found a solution. If you decide not to repair your Miele coffee system, we will waive the service fee if you purchase a replacement Miele countertop unit from us!
Additionally, if any of your equipment needs to be replaced, we will help you find a trusted local dealer if you'd like.
